Our practitioners are trained to protect your privacy at all times during your treatment, therefore, being in the buff is the norm. However, you may wear undergarments if that is more comfortable for you. |

We will do our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee you the specific time that you require. If you need a certain time we recommend making an appointment in advance. |

Please speak softly throughout the spa and please don't forget to turn off your cell phone. |

We require that you provide 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. Otherwise your treatment will be billed in full. |

If for any reason you are not pleased with any of our products, return them to us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we will issue you a full refund. |

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa receptionist will be happy to assist you with providing gratuities for your therapists. Gratuities may not be added to your credit card charges. |
